CLOSING COSTS TO EXPECT:

  • Title insurance Fees:  depends on the sales price of your home.
  • Broker's compensation and professional fees:  anywhere between 5% to 6%.
  • Local property transfer tax, county transfer tax,  and state capital gains tax.
  • Home inspections fees:  in some circumstances are paid by seller and include pest control, radon and other inspections.
  • Miscellaneous fees:  for correcting problems during buyers home inspection.
